Butterfly valve:2'-120'(DN50-DN4000) ， the max working pressure is 900LB
(15MPa)，Conforming to the standard of ANSI、API、DIN、GB.
1. Triple Offset Butterfly Valve:
a.Multilayer hard seal butterfly valve: the seal surface adopts multilayer sheet of
metal and composite seal, triple–dimension design, the seal surface is of ellipse shape,
which solves the problem of irrational structure of conventional valves, and the
opening torque is 1/3 of the conventional one.
b. All metal hard seal butterfly valve: the disc is of intergrative metal processed by
high-precision machinery. Plastic deformation will not come out under the condition
of high temperature and high pressure. And there is no phenomenon of punching
stress, welding stress, elastic annealing and brittle rupture.
2. Double Eccentric Butterfly Valve:Adopt leaning ellipse disc radial dynamic
balance seal system, reliably realize the inlet and outlet double direction sealing zero
leakage. In the course of opening and closing, realize non-sliding friction and
crushing between the sealing surface of disc and the sealing surface of seat. The
pressure angle on the sealing surface is bigger than friction angle, which realizes seal
and separation of sealing surface between disc and seat quickly and accurately.
3. Center Line Sealing Butterfly Valve:can apply the soft seal material to the disc or
body according to different working condition. |
